I want to let you in on my memory training because I think you can learn a lot by seeing me improve. But I am going to be training a variety of events so I can talk about the different approaches I use. I will be training everything from cards to binary to chess and more! I managed to get to the next level in the training software, but the crazy part is I have only been training for 14 days ,and I managed to get a PB in those 14 days! Getting a better memory has nothing to do with training for hours upon hours a day. What I am doing, memorizing international names, is meant to show you how much you can improve by practicing 10 to 15 minutes a day! Enjoy my week 2 recap and update.
Read MoreThe first 7 days of memorizing international names has been battle! I didn't know what my base score would be for day 1, but I am amazed by how many more names I could memorizing by day 7! This makes me excited to see how many names I will be able to memorize at the end of the 28 day! You can check out my update video down below!
Read MoreIt's been a while since my last update because of the holidays and I needed to figure out my baseline scores for the different events. I wasn't too excited to see some of my scores haha but I did the best I could and from here, it's all about improving. Oh and I just have to say I hate international names! Some of the names I get are just so mean haha See for yourself!
