What To Do When You Are Lost/Confused On School Work

The most frustrating part when you are learning something is when you get stuck or confused on a question or problem! This happened to me all the time when I was studying chemical engineering. I would look at problems and have no clue on what the first step should be. Believe it or not, but a lot of students face this problem and don't do a single thing to help them overcome it!

I saw this all the time in school. I guess people think if they ignore the problem, it will solve itself or just go away. Getting confused or lost on assignments/concepts is a big reason why students do poorly in school because they miss points consistently on their school work.
